Shipping Policy
Acceptable Orders Policy. In certain limited circumstances, such as where fraud or misuse of a product is suspected, Pharmaca 28 reserves the right to terminate any order at any time it deems necessary for any reason.
Shipment Risk of Loss and Packaging. Title to the goods, and risk of loss and damage, shall pass at place of shipment, with the only limitation being that, if an order is lost in transit by a courier, and the courier conducts an investigation and finds that the order was, in fact, lost in transit, then Pharmaca 28 will reship the products in the order. No reshipment or refund of any orders will occur if Pharmaca 28 receives a delivery confirmation of the order.
This product is not for use by or sale to persons under the age of 21. This product should be used only as directed on the label. It should not be used if you are pregnant or nursing. Consult with a physician before use if you have a serious medical condition or use prescription medications.
No card transactions are allowed for international shipping. We respect federal state and city laws, our shipping restrictions are detailed below on the footer.

Mitragynine is banned in the following areas: ALABAMA, ARKANSAS, INDIANA, RHODE ISLAND, VERMONT, CONCORDIA PARISH LA, and WISCONSIN. SARASOTA COUNTY, UNION COUNTY, MALHEUR COUNTY, DENVER CO, SAN DIEGO CA, CITY OF OCEANSIDE CA, JERSEYVILLE IL, ALTON IL, EDWARDSVILLE IL, FRANKLIN LA, RAPIDES LA, PARKER AND MONUMENT (COLORADO), ASCENSION AND GRANT PARISH (LOUISIANA), FRANKLIN (NEW HAMPSHIRE). WASHINGTON D.C., NEWPORT BEACH AND SEVERAL COUNTIES IN MISSISSIPPI. We do not ship internationally. ID verification is required for the following states: Florida, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, Colorado, Oregon, Louisiana, South Dakota.
Enhanced Mitragynine cannot be shipped to Tennessee.
Mitragynine is NOT used to treat, cure, or mitigate any disease, illness, ailment, and/or condition. Please consult your doctor before consuming any new products. Mitragynine has not been tested on pregnant women. Please, see the FDA alert 54-15. We make no representations as to intended use or suitability for use.

Return & Exchange Policy
An exchange or store credit may be available in certain circumstances. In order to qualify for an exchange or store credit, you must return the original purchased product. Pharmaca 28 may refuse return requests if the returned product is opened, and may deny an exchange or credit request upon inspection of the returned product. Pharmaca 28 will not reship a returned product for any reason.
Illegitimate chargebacks will be contested and/or sent to collections for the original amount, with the addition of a $75 fee. Pharmaca 28 does not assume the responsibility of return shipping costs on any returned products (defective or otherwise). All orders are thoroughly inspected at Pharmaca 28 and adequately packed before shipment.

On all catalog items, you must contact us within at least thirty (30) days of your receipt of the product in order to qualify for an exchange or store credit.
